1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened and used notebooks, planners, and inserts.
  • Customised or personalised products.

3. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@idaandco.co.uk with the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return or exchange.
  • Photos of the item.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure that items are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@idaandco.co.uk. We’ll arrange a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
